Questions about this piece
Straight answers to the details that matter before you order.
Why does the timer matter?
Light therapy works on consistent, bounded sessions. A timer means you get a repeatable 20 or 30 minutes without having to track it yourself, and it shuts off afterwards.
Which timer setting should I start with?
Ten minutes at a lower brightness is a sensible start. Build towards 20-30 minutes as you find your tolerance.
What's the difference between 3200K and 5500K?
3200K is a warm, lamp-like light. 5500K is close to midday daylight and is the more effective setting for a morning alertness session.
Is 2,000 lux useful, or just the 10,000 setting?
Lower settings are genuinely useful for acclimatising, for evening ambient use, and for anyone who finds full intensity uncomfortable.
How is it powered?
By 5V USB, so a phone charger, laptop port or power bank all work.
What are the shipping and returns terms?
Shipping is free and tracked, with 30 days to return.
