What is the difference between the 1-ring and 2-ring versions?
The 1-ring accent measures 47 x 30cm and draws 6.5W, suited to a bedside or corridor position. The 2-ring statement version is 43.5 x 32cm with two overlapping circles and draws 12.5W, so it is squarer in proportion and noticeably brighter - better over a sideboard or as a living room focal point.
Can I change the bulb?
No - the LED is integrated into the fixture rather than fitted as a replaceable lamp. That is what allows the light to sit flush behind the woven face, and it means there is nothing to buy separately or swap out.
What is the woven part actually made from?
The weave is a silicone and nylon cord worked by hand around the stainless steel ring. It is flexible and colourfast rather than a natural fibre, so unlike rattan or seagrass it will not dry out, shed or discolour with age.
How warm is the light?
It runs at 3000K warm white - a soft, cosy tone rather than the crisp blue-white of daylight LEDs. Diffused through the nylon weave it produces a gentle halo effect suited to relaxing spaces rather than task lighting.
Will it work on UK mains voltage?
The driver accepts a wide 100V-260V input range, so UK mains falls comfortably within specification. As with any hard-wired fixture, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
Does it look good when switched off?
That is much of the point - the handmade circular weave against brushed black steel reads as a piece of wall art in daylight, so it holds a wall in a bedroom or corridor whether or not the light is on.
How is it delivered and can I return it?
UK delivery is free and tracked. If the scale or the warmth of the light is not what you wanted, you have 30 days to return it.
