How many bulbs does it take and are they included?
It takes three E14 small Edison screw bulbs, which are not included. Buying all three in the same type and colour temperature matters here - mismatched lamps are very visible on an open fixture with three exposed holders.
Is three lamps too bright for a living room?
It gives more output than a single-lamp sconce, which is why it works on staircases and in hallways. In a living room, fitting three lower-wattage warm white candle lamps keeps the total comfortable while preserving the layered candlelight effect.
Will it work on UK mains?
It is rated for 85V-265V, so UK mains sits well inside that range. As with any hard-wired sconce we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
